What is your standard production lead time?
Residential and individual custom pieces typically take 2 to 4 weeks. Commercial and institutional batch orders (10+ units) are scheduled according to phased client milestones.
Do you deliver and install across all provinces of Burundi?
Yes. We operate dedicated logistics covering Gitega, Bujumbura Mairie, Zege, Ngozi, Rumonge, Kirundo, and regional Great Lakes delivery upon request.
What guarantees do you offer on manufactured furniture?
All residential and office furniture carries a 5-year structural warranty against joint, frame, and timber defects. Institutional school sets carry a 10-year warranty.
Can you produce custom designs from our architect's drawings?
Absolutely. Our workshop engineering team works directly from CAD drawings, PDF blueprints, or rough site sketches provided by architects and interior designers.
